the staff were both friendly and helpful. i found the presence of a playful cat very charming and nice. the complimentary minibar in my room was also a good surprise. i also liked the tea and coffee service after 12:00.

the staff at reception seemed available 24/7. i received complimentary soft drinks and kitkats in the mini bar upon arrival. a water dispenser on the first floor was very useful.
the water pressure in the room was low . it's a minor inconvenience, but noticeable.
